- An extra charge of NTD 400 for an additional bed per night (the available room types that can be added with an extra bed(single bed 100cm x 190cm) are: Executive Twin and K Family Suite room)
- The official check-in time is at 15：00, check-out time is at 12 noon.
- All reservations will be held until 18：00, unless further arrival information is provided.
- All the room rates include the Tax.
- Major credit cards like VISA,MASTER,JCB or UnionPay are accepted
- The hotel reserves the right to readjust all the rates without a prior notice.

- Parking available.
- All rooms can normally accommodate 2 guests. However, an additional bed can be added if notified in advance. A surcharge of NTD 400 will be applied for each additional guest. Only two children are allowed in each room.(Please call in advance if adding bed is preferred, 115cm or 7 years old and older above will require NTD 400 per guest without adding bed notice in advance)
- Cancellation and Room Change Policy:
- A full refund for any cancellation made 6 days before the originalaccommodation date (not included).
- A 10% service fee or change of date for any cancellation made 3 to 5 days before the original accommodation date (not included). Only 1 change is allowed, no cancellation after changing or a 100% fee will be charged for cancellation.
- A 50% service fee or change of date for any cancellation made 2 days before the original accommodation date (not included). Only 1 change is allowed, no cancellation after changing or a 100% fee will be charged for cancellation.
- A full 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation made on the day or prior to the day of original arrival. No change is allowed.
